Aegean600: Our Pogo50 wins Double Handed category!
Our Pogo50 Eros won 1st place in the Double Handed Division of this mythical race, sailed by Michalis Aftias and Alexander Cote.
The 2025 edition was marked by extended calm zones but -as always in the Aegean Sea- also by very strong winds. Between Icaria and Mykonos we faced tough seas with winds up to 45kts in 70deg of TWA. Under double reefed main and jib, the Pogo50 gave us some unforgettable sailing sensations with speeds ranging 10-14kts.
We have one more reason to be proud: although we pushed hard, we broke absolutely nothing. We rinsed the boat and Eros went cruising the next day! This is the result of experience and excellent preparation by the Fastsailing team.
